Malham Cove
Yorkshire Dales
A curved limestone wall 80 metres high, with pavement on the top.
Why go?
From the village it is a flat walk in, then a stepped climb to limestone pavement with grikes deep enough to swallow a boot. The classic loop carries on to Gordale Scar and Janet's Foss.

Do the full loop anticlockwise and finish in the village. It earns the pint.
